After what started as a dream that soon became a reality when we opened in Janurary of 2020, Sakai has been consistently serving some of the best ramen in the city. Having learned from the best, our chefs have been specially trained to incorporate various culinary techniques into our large (and delicious!) variety of Japanese cuisine. Here at Sakai, we value quality in our food, our ramen broth is cooked for up to 8 hours, made fresh each and every morning. We only use the freshest and best quality ingredients in our food and we stand behind that statement. We are open 6 days a week so bring your friends and family to come check us out!
